I thought my life was figured out for me. Anxiously attached, daughter of divorced parents, festival lover with a deep desire to have the type and I genuinely believed I was destined to choose between either the life, the career OR the relationship. Never both.No matter how many times I moved cities, rebranded my life or threw myself into the next goal, the same feeling followed me. It took me leaving my boyfriend at the time to focus on myself where everything clicked.Six years later I have a healthy secure relationship that feels like home. And now I spend my days helping high achieving women who were exactly where I was realize the same thing - that having it all was never out of reach. They just never been shown how to get out of their own way.
The Approach
You have built a career most people only dream about. You are organised, driven, self aware and you figure things out. The problem is not your capability, it's that the tools that make you exceptional at work are the exact same tools quietly working against you in love. The overthinking, the self sufficiency and the inability to just let someone show up for you.
My approach combines psychology, deeper intentity work and practical dating tools all designed to get to the root of why relationships keep going the same way (not just the surface level reasonings of what keeps happening).
By understanding what is actually driving your choices, what you have been conditioned to tolerate and what you genuinely believe you are allowed (and worthy!) to have, you stop ending up in the same almost-relationship and start recognising the real thing when it shows up.
